Service Description
A Discovery Call is a calm, structured, 30‑minute conversation where I learn about your business, review your current bookkeeping setup, and identify any bottlenecks or challenges. It also gives you a chance to get to know me, ask questions, and see whether my approach feels like the right fit. Together, we’ll outline a clear path to getting your books organized, tax‑ready, and running smoothly — and determine whether your business is a good match for the services I provide. You’ll receive practical guidance from someone who’s spent decades running and supporting small businesses, not just balancing their books.
Cancellation Policy
Discovery Calls are submitted as booking requests and must be approved before they’re confirmed. Clients may request a Discovery Call up to 3 hours before the appointment time, allowing adequate time for review and approval. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so any time before the appointment with no penalty. This policy keeps the process flexible for you while ensuring a smooth, reliable experience for every client.
