Payroll Setup & Monitoring

I assist with payroll provider setup (ADP, Gusto, Paychex, etc.) and ensure payroll data flows correctly into QuickBooks. I do not run payroll or file payroll taxes — your payroll provider handles all processing and compliance. I also do not run payroll inside QuickBooks Payroll. My role is to keep your payroll workflows clean, accurate, and aligned with your bookkeeping.

  • Setup: $150 one-time

  • Monthly monitoring: $65/month (up to 5 employees)

1099 Preparation & Filing

I track contractor payments throughout the year, collect W‑9s, determine who requires a 1099‑NEC, and prepare and file your 1099s through a secure filing service. This is information reporting only.

  • $25 per contractor

Workflow Optimization & Systems Consulting

  • Ensuring your file is ready for ongoing bookkeeping

  • Note: Complex historical conversions or cleanup from previous systems may require a specialist. In those cases, I provide referrals and resume bookkeeping once QuickBooks is ready.
